We love the look of this faucet. However, we've never been able to get it to have hot water. It's not our plumbing (3 plumbers confirmed). It's a defective faucet.I love the look and function of this faucet; I've been using it for almost two years. But - beware that if you have a curious cat that likes to drink from a faucet, the cat can very easily turn the water on with this style of faucet. I've had to wrap Velcro around the handle to keep him from running the water (and flooding the bathroom) when I'm not around. LOL.Beautiful faucet that is perfect for our remodel! Absolutely love it! Some Reviews mentioned the white water stain. It did happen but I found a product that worked like magic! Norwex descaler! I wish I would’ve taken a before and after because I couldn’t believe that the stains were gone!The flow is perfect. Very smooth function.I expected an open box. I had purchased the same faucet elsewhere, but it arrived in a brushed finish. So this chrome one offered a quick delivery. The product noted that it may have scratches. And it did. It's going in a commercial restroom, so I'm going to keep it. Just know that if it says it may have scratches, that it might in fact have them.This faucet is absolutely beautiful and looks and feels like high quality. It was packaged as if it was fine China and arrived very quickly. Highly recommend. That being said, make sure you are positive you have purchased the correct size. I mistakenly thought I needed the taller height for my vessel sink (vessel partially sinks into counter). They accept returns but you pay for shipping back and they want all original packaging. If faucet isn’t in pristine condition (including box) you will be charged fee. I was disappointed but it would not change my purchase. The faucet wasn’t available locally.Love the look, feel, and function of the faucet. Been complimented on the looks, feels and heavy and very solid, and the lever has a smooth action. Water flows beautifully.Unfortunately the finish in the trough has worn through within just shy of 2 years with very limited use. There are just 2 of us in the household and the bathroom in which the faucet is located gets very little use. I had accepted the fact prior to ordering this "open trough" style would become worn looking which it did within the first year, but now that the wife is talking about replacing it I felt I should write a review. Granted we have hard water but the finish should not be worn through to the metal underneath.This faucet is awesome. It’s tall, so works great for a vessel sink, and really pretty. I see people disliking water pressure but I’m not sure how much you need? Any harder and it will splash water out of sink. Had issue with it in less than year, reached out and they resolved and sent me a new one.Very nice product. Made very well. It's beautifulIt looks great and it works! No complaints here!
