Purchased one of the 22891 models a few weeks ago for my 2017 Coachmen Clipper Sport 106 pop up camper that has an 8'-6" box. I measured 9'-6" length required to cover spare tire on rear and propane regulator assembly on front. Let me start off saying that the product was shipped in it's original box (no brown Amazon box and not taped shut). Product box was a little roughed up on arrival due to shipping. I would have liked to have the box at least been taped shut. The cover itself was wrapped in plastic wrap when I opened the box, and everything seemed to be in new condition. There was a sheet of paper under the plastic wrap stating that there "may be installation instructions in the side pocket of the storage bag". The storage bag was in there, but there was no pocket and no instructions. Product comes with the cover, two ropes/cords, storage bag and then a baggy of four ADCO rain gutter covers. I'm still not sure what exactly the rain gutter covers are for since I don't know of any pop ups with rain gutters. Product materials seem durable, Tyvek white on top (yellowish on underside of top for some reason) and gray breathable side material. The side material is semi-transparent as I can faintly see the camper decals and lights through the material when the cover is installed. Installation was pretty straight-forward and the fit seemed good. Three straps with clips and grommets for underneath. Two grommets each on front and back, which I believe is for the ropes/cords, although I'm not exactly sure what the preferred method for securing the front and rear is since there were no instructions. Doesn't seem to be a lot of slack material front and rear to need the additional cinching. I contacted the company by email requesting the installation sheet and they promptly sent me a PDF of their generic installation instructions for a full size camper. When I pressed further I was given a name and phone number to call who I was told would be able to help me. Have not done that yet, but a definite plus for prompt customer service/support from ADCO. Like I mentioned, the fit was good, the material all seems sturdy enough and the elastic around the bottom seems to hold the cover on very nicely without even fastening the straps underneath. One added bonus that I noticed is that the cover is tall enough to cover about 3/4 of the tires. They are small ST145R12 tires. Probably only 3"-4" exposed at the bottom. I was considering buying tire covers as well to protect them from UV damage, but this cover has that pretty well handled. I will probably just set something in front of the exposed portion of the tires to block the direct sunlight. I can't really speak for durability, etc. Living in Michigan and the way the camper is parked, the sun will definitely be mostly on one side of the unit (southern-facing side). So I think it should be pretty clear if UV has much effect on the cover materials over time. I believe the Tyvek top material is marketed as the most weather and UV-protective, so with the side angle sunlight attack, not sure if I will get the full benefit. Will update this review if I see any issues with durability or performance, but out of the box I am pleased with the product look, feel and fit.
